P265GH+N / C22.8+N (1.0460) in rolled/forged round bar

Grade C228.8+N (1.0460) is an unalloyed, annealed steel grade suitable for use at temperatures down to approximately -10°C to 480°C. C22.8+N is mainly used for the manufacture of flanges for pressurized applications. The quality is well weldable and machinable and does not require any additional heat treatment after processing.

Tensile strength (Rm) | 410–540 N/mm²
Yield strength (Re) | ≥ 230 N/mm²
Elongation A5 | ≥ 25 %
Notch impact values (in rolling direction):
-20 °C | ≥ 27 Joule
0 °C | ≥ 40 Joule
+20 °C | ≥ 47 Joule
In its program, GNS has options for diameters from round 80 to round 400 mm. Depending on the diameter, these are available in a rolled or forged version. Of course with EN10204 material certificates.
